Application Process

Lennon House accepts applications from community partners and agencies on behalf of clients as well as self-referrals. Please note we will only consider applications that are completed in full. Once your application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Your name will then go on an active waitlist.

To keep your application on the active waitlist, you must contact the main office every two weeks from the date of your application on Mondays between 9am-12pm or 1pm-3pm. If we do not hear from you within 30 days of your application, it will go to the inactive applicant list.

If you are an organization submitting on behalf of a client, it is the client who must call to continue their expressed interest in their application, not the organization.

If you are self-referring and you haven’t already connected with resources in the community, please click here for a list of organizations that can support your recovery journey.

Selection Process

If you have continued to express your interest and remained on the active waitlist, we will contact you as soon as there is an opening.

Before admission to Lennon House is approved, a confidential assessment is conducted to assess your situation, physical and emotional health as well as your commitment and readiness to participate in your recovery.

You must be engaged with a community-based addiction counselor upon admission. If you are not, you will be referred to one. You will be contacted at the information provided on your application when your name is next on the waitlist. Waitlist times vary and rooms at Lennon House are filled when space becomes available.
